Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce. Cook the broccoli florets in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside. Peel and slice the potatoes, then boil until soft. Mash with butter and sour cream, seasoning with salt and pepper. Pat the chicken cutlets dry and coat them with a mixture of Frank's seasoning and panko breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown. Arrange chicken, mashed potatoes, and broccoli on plates. Drizzle with honey.
