Crispy Kickin' Cayenne Chicken Cutlets with Mashed Potatoes, Buttery Broccoli & a Honey Drizzle

Ingredients
- 8.0 oz broccoli floret
- 2.0 piece scallion
- 6.0 tbsp sour cream
- 12.0 oz potato
- 10.0 g frank's seasoning blend (contains milk)
- 0.5 cup panko breadcrumb (contains wheat)
- 0.5 tbsp cayenne spice blend (contains milk)
- 10.0 oz chicken cutlet
- 2.0 tsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce.
- Cook the broccoli florets in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Peel and slice the potatoes, then boil until soft. Mash with butter and sour cream, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Pat the chicken cutlets dry and coat them with a mixture of Frank's seasoning and panko breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown.
- Arrange chicken, mashed potatoes, and broccoli on plates. Drizzle with honey.
