Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1.0 pound carrots (trimmed, peeled, and cut on a diagonal into ½-inch-thick pieces)
  • 1.0 tablespoon oil (large drizzle)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Step 2: Trim, peel, and cut carrots on a diagonal into ½-inch-thick pieces.
  3. Step 3: Toss carrots on a baking sheet with a large drizzle of oil; season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Step 4: Roast on top rack for 22-25 minutes.
