Ingredients

- 1.0 tablespoon oil (large drizzle)
- 0.5 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 0.25 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Step 2: Trim, peel, and cut carrots on a diagonal into ½-inch-thick pieces.
- Step 3: Toss carrots on a baking sheet with a large drizzle of oil; season generously with salt and pepper.
- Step 4: Roast on top rack for 22-25 minutes.
