Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 F. Step 2: Mix chicken together with marinade ingredients and let marinate for 10-15 minutes. Step 3: Toss cauliflower, potatoes, and red onion with the aloo gobi spice ingredients and olive oil on a baking sheet. Step 4: Bake the vegetable mixture for 15 minutes, then remove from oven. Step 5: Mix peas into the cauliflower mixture on the baking sheet. Step 6: Add marinated chicken and pakoras to the same baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, turning pakoras and tossing chicken halfway through. Step 7: Remove from oven, and serve!
